What Happened?
Akshay Kumar recently had a great time vacationing in London but lost his cool when a fan started recording him without permission. However, the viewers’ favorite moment of the clip was when the star stopped to take a selfie with the fan.
Now, the fan has opened up about the incident. According to the fan, the actor grabbed his phone and requested him not to click photos or make videos. Once the short rendezvous was over, Akshay handed back the phone and posed for a photo, with no attitude at all.
The fan described Akshay Kumar as a “nice guy” and insisted the incident was not a big deal.
Why Did Akshay Kumar Get Upset?
In a new video posted by the same fan, he explained the situation:
- The fan was stationed at a signal on Oxford Street when he spotted someone he believed was Akshay Kumar.
- To confirm his suspicion, he followed him, initially filming from behind.
- Later, when he tried to snap a shot from the front, Akshay Kumar noticed him, took his phone, and grabbed him by the hand.
What the Fan Said:
“Maybe he was otherwise engaged. He yanked the phone out of my hand and also grabbed me by the hand. But he returned my phone and spoke to me in a decent manner.”
Akshay Kumar told the fan:
“Sorry beta, I’m tied up at the moment, so don’t disturb me and don’t click a photo or video of mine.”
The fan replied:
“You could have said that nicely. Now please, just give me my phone back.”
Akshay Kumar returned the phone, asked the fan about where he had come from, and inquired about his purpose for being there.
